Approach: Profit from REALationships Workshops

After the initial client consultation and briefing we will normally follow a four stage process in order to design our workshops to your needs

Stage 1 - Research - a member  of the team will come and spend a day observing and understanding the current skill level and working practises of your people. . This is to ensure we prioritise the development needs  and design the most added value outcomes

Stage 2 . Design- we will  design an engaging experiential event to maximise the time available and achieve the most improvement possible based on what was uncovered from our reserach

Stage 3 Workshops are interactive and punctuated throughout with real life stories, case studies and role plays.  We have clients in both the UK and Europe and often run workshops where English is a second language. We have therefore developed a unique and proven teaching method that ensures  understanding and experiential learning. By using well known anecdotes, stories, pictures, humour and acronyms we make learning fun and interesting. We use concepts not detail, models not lengthy theories, case studies and role plays to make our workshops memorable and effective

Stage 4 Write up confidential report, feedback with next steps and issue delegate report.

Approach Strategy Review

Stage 1 - At Fresh Look we like to be up front and honest with our clients, so after the initial briefing from yourselves we will respond with a proposal of how we can help or if we feel there are little opportunities to find growth in your business or we are not the best supplier to fix your issues we will tell you. Having been briefed and undertaken some initial market research we will prepare a proposal which can include undertaking the Fresh Look Strategic Business Review.   There is of course no charge for stage 1

Stage 2 - The Fresh Look Strategic Business Review

This uses a unique and proven process known as the 1-10-100 Business Analytics® programme. The programme  starts by analysing the 10 critical P & C’s -pricing, consumers, products, profits drivers, people, customers, categories, competitors, costs and channels of distribution. This is then followed by clarifying the goals and ambition of the organisation ensuring the business has a single, clearly articulated vision which is understood by everyone in the company. At the end of this process you will have a clear indication as to the opportunities and barriers to growth in your business. Fresh Look will identify some quick wins and a set of recommendations of next steps. There is of course no obligation to proceed beyond this stage. Depending upon the size of your business this can take anything from between 5 and 20 days and for businesses of less than 250 employees there are grants available to help part fund some of these costs. Any proposals we make are a fixed price with no hidden charges just expenses at cost that we might incur for additional travel to other sites other than head office etc...

Stage 3 - The Full Strategic Project Review

This is scoped and agreed with yourselves identifying key objectives, timescales and success measures of the project. This stage if agreed, will focus on the detailed strategies and process solutions required to change the way you do business. Fresh Look will help you write a high growth strategic plan for your business which will include recommendations for process improvements and organisational change.

Stage 4 - Project Implementation and Change Management.

Fresh Look can help you lead and implement the new strategy which will need careful communication to all your stakeholders in the business including staff, shareholders, customers and suppliers.As well as the introduction of new ways of working this process may include staff training and the development of management team capability.A major part of the implementation stage is to ensure that you have a legacy of positive change  in your business delivering sustainable growth after we have gone growth continues after we have gone.
